Thank you for your faithful choice to bring your swimmers to Waterbabies Swim School. We truly appreciate YOU!! And we are here to serve you in any way we can. Please communicate with us about what you need or want and we’ll do our very best to try to accommodate that request.
Once you have registered the first time with Waterbabies Swim School, you can access your family page through the Customer Portal (Client Login). On that Family page, you may do the following things:
1. Add a swimmer
2. Update your credit card number and/or expiration date
3. Add a nanny’s contact information that we’ll need on the class rosters
4. Look up your swimmer’s skill level and what skills he has mastered and skills still working on
5. Look up and print your swimmer’s class schedule
6. Pay your swimmer’s class invoice
Returning Swimmers – Due to our new perpetual enrollment process first implemented in Session 2 of 2012, you will automatically be enrolled into every NEW SWIM SESSION keeping your time slot and class level unless your child is moved up to a new level by the instructor. If you do not wish to continue with classes, please follow our Withdrawal Process. The only time you will need to directly register a child is when you are adding a New Student to your record. Once you have added a new child, then you can search for class times to register for. Please use your Client Login ONLY to add your new child and register for his/her class time.
RETURNING CLIENTS: DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. CALL OFFICE TO HAVE ACCOUNT REACTIVATED.
